Located by a Greensward which offers easy walking to a delicious seaside café just 1 mile away and further walking all the way to Brighton and beyond. Walking along the other way you can reach Littlehampton and enjoy all the delights of this seaside town with arcades, mini golf and a cinema.
Further Afield: Conveniently located, Angmering on Sea is easily accessible by road and public transport, making it an ideal base for exploring other parts of Sussex. The house offers the opportunity to attend many of the fantastic season events held at Chichester, Glyndebourne, and Goodwood all within a short train ride or a 30-45 minute drive. Arundel is a lovely market town for a day trip and some antiquing and a trip to the National Trust properties there and in Petworth. A visit to Climping also makes a lovely day trip.
